Parenting Education and Support (Discord) Group with Mo

This is an online education support (and judgement-free) group that is structured to allow you to learn tools and gather valuable resources about various parenting topics with other supporting parents.

This is a closed group. We will meet, as a group one day and you have the remainder of the month to fellowship/share and ask questions for the remainder of the month. The facilitator will have set office hours (usually near the ending of the week to allow participants time to utilize learned skills) to ask more specific questions and receive individualized support. Office hours will be announced. Each month is a new topic.

Cost: $75 for 12 weeks.

Platform: We will be utilizing Discord platform for this group. This allows you to have ongoing support throughout the month without needing links or being constrained to time restrictions. Discord is free to download and is fairly simple to navigate.

Parenting Support and Coaching with Mo

This is an opportunity to meet and have one on one support and coaching. Each 45 minute session is tailored to your needs, can be scheduled online or in-office and can be scheduled as often as needed. The cost is $25/per session.

Love and Logic

Love and Logic is structured around the beliefs that:

I love my child so much that I'm willing to set firm expectations and limits
I do so with sincere compassion and empathy
I will allow my child to make decisions, affordable mistakes, and experience natural/logical consequences

All of this works together to help children learn that their quality of life greatly depends on the quality of their choices.

This is a structured class that meets in person weekly for six weeks.

One Heart, Two Homes

One Heart, Two Homes is an educational course that is designed to create insight and teach strategies and principles that are foundational to coparenting well.

This class meets in person weekly for 10 weeks. We ask ex couples to participate in different sessions.
